I’m Ben Bartlett, Barbecue Ben to most. Some of you may recognise my face from TV cookery shows, or as the first ever winner of Britain′s Best BBQer! I’ve worked in the food service industry in England and abroad for over 15 years and my passion is of course barbecuing…

This spring has been great fun working with Beefy and Lamby to create this BA in barbecuing*. I used inspiration from my experiences both in restaurants and from my own barbecue events, plus the theory, hints and tips I have picked up along the way to create this special course to help you master your barbecue. My course includes a few key elements like food preparation, BBQ safety and useful tips to get a barbecue started, all of which should help you become a natural born griller in no time! So brush up on your barbecue trivia and cookery skills, check out the course, it shouldn’t take long and test your own expertise to earn your BA in barbecuing*.
